Our mission is to Build Strong Women Leaders through the game of softball.
BSWL was established in 2021 to transform young women into strong leaders through the experience of competitive elite travel softball, with a focus on mental toughness.
We support travel softball players and the people that make an impact on them on & off the field - their coaches. Coaches receive developmental support and scholarships, which makes a significant impact in their ability to continue to do what they love. 25 scholarships were given to coaches for the 2025 season. Since our inception, more than ### coaches have received scholarships for a total of $####.
